Clinical Trials

The Palm Beach Cancer Institute actively participates in clinical research studies involving investigational drugs and treatment protocols, allowing its patients to gain access to innovative therapies. Current research studies include treatments for ovarian cancer, metastatic colon cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer, lymphoma and melanoma. PBCI engages in National Cancer Institute-sponsored trials through the Cancer and Leukemia Group B as an affiliate of Duke University, and participates in pharmaceutical and drug development research that offers protocols for a variety of diseases.

Choosing to participate in a clinical trial is an important personal decision. To learn some general information (FAQs) about clinical trials, click here.
