Where is the Palm Beach Cancer Institute?
We have 4 locations; West Palm Beach, Wellington, Palm Beach Gardens and Atlantis.


How do I schedule an appointment?
Please call our main number at (561) 366-4100 between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, and a representative with be pleased to help you. If you are an existing patient, you may also contact your physician's direct line.


Who should I call if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you notify us at least one day in advance by calling our main telephone number: (561) 366-4100. A member of our staff will help you arrange a new appointment.


How can I reach my physician after hours?
We are available by phone for emergencies 24 hours a day. If you need to reach your physician before 9:00 am or after 4:30 pm, please call (561) 366-4100. This will put you in touch with the physician on call. If you have a medical emergency, dial 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.


How do I handle billing and insurance?
PBCI accepts Medicare assignment and participates in several HMO's and most PPO and insurance plans. We file the claims directly with your insurance. You will be responsible for the co-payment at the time of your visit, and payment for services not covered by your insurance is expected at the time services are performed. PBCI accepts personal checks, VISA or MasterCard. Our patient advocate can help you with additional information. Please call (561) 366-4100.

The best way to support the work of the Palm Beach Cancer Institute is through donations to its nonprofit arm, the Palm Beach Cancer Institute Foundation (PBCIF). The foundation supports advancements in patient care, cancer treatment, public awareness about cancer and prevention, research and clinical studies.
