Howard Goodman, M.D.

Dr. Howard Goodman received his undergraduate education at Union College in Schenectady, New York, graduating in 1975 with a B.S. degree in Chemistry. He then attended Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia, graduating in 1979. He completed his internship in OB/GYN at Boston Hospital for Women and his residency in OB/GYN at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, where he also completed his fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology.

Following completion of training in 1985, Dr. Goodman joined the faculty of Mt. Sinai Medical Center in New York as attending staff in Gynecologic Oncology, where he remained from 1985-1987. He then returned to Boston and practiced in the Harvard system from 1987 to 1993 as an attending physician at New England Deaconess Hospital, Brigham and Women's Hospital, and Dana Farber Cancer Institute. He has been in private practice in Palm Beach County, Florida since 1993. He holds a current academic appointment of Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Duke University Medical Center and is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Gynecologic Oncology.

Dr. Goodman performs robotic surgery as well as traditional Gynecologic surgery, is a member of the Society of Gynecologic Oncologists and a founding member of the Florida Society of Gynecologic Oncologists.
