Augustin J. Schwartz, III, M.D.
Dr. Augustin J. Schwartz, III has been practicing medical oncology and hematology in West Palm Beach, Florida, since 1975. He is board certified in internal medicine and medical oncology and is a graduate of LaSalle College and Jefferson Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University, both in Philadelphia.
Dr. Schwartz completed his residency in internal medicine at Duke University Medical Center and his fellowship in medical oncology at the National Cancer Institute of the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland.
He is a consulting associate in the department of medicine at Duke University Medical Center, a lifetime member of the Palm Beach County chapter of the American Cancer Society and has served as a chairman of the medical staff at Good Samaritan Medical Center. He is actively involved in a number of professional associations including the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Internal Medicine, the Florida Society of Clinical Oncology, the Palm Beach County Medical Society and the Israel Cancer Association-USA.
